Paul W. Miller, PhD., is Head of the School of Education, and Professor of Educational Leadership & Social Justice, University of Greenwich. He has previously held professorial appointments at the University of Technology, Jamaica, and at the University of Huddersfield. Paul is a qualitative researcher with expertise/interest in teacher career progression, the practice of school leadership, and teacher migration and identity.
